As a Compliance/Recruitment Officer, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare staffing solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that our international nursing division operates seamlessly, meeting all compliance requirements, and sourcing the best nursing talent globally. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Management: Oversee and maintain compliance with international recruitment regulations and industry standards.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with nursing candidates across the globe, assessing their qualifications and suitability for placement.
  • Documentation Management: Manage candidate documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and align them with qualified candidates.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve and streamline recruitment and compliance processes.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with candidates, clients, and international partners.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases to support recruitment efforts.

  • Understanding of international recruitment regulations and compliance requirements.
