The Role:

  • Will be an experienced Care Coordinator who has managed 700plus hours a week
  • Have a NVQ/QCF Level 3 or working towards in health & social care
  • The Care Coordinator will have the ability to manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas
  • The Care Coordinator will take part in out of hours on call rota
  • The Care Coordinator will have the ability to take on new packages and clients to grow the business
  • The Care Coordinator will be proactive in completing risk assessments, care plan assessments and providing hands on care if needed.
  • Ideally have used BIRDIE  systems or something similar.
  • The Care Coordinator will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience using Share Point is a bonus!

Qualifications Required:

  • Hold a NVQ/QCF Level 3 qualification in health & social care or be actively working towards one.
  • Proven experience as a Care Coordinator with a track record of managing over 700 hours of care per week.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage care staff and schedules effectively.
  • Proficient in conducting risk assessments and care plan assessments.
  • Familiarity with care management software (e.g., BIRDIE ) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
