Concept Care Solutions provides Field Care Supervisors, Professional Care Support Workers and Care Coordinators that are experienced and fully trained to work with children and adults with a wide range of needs, including those with enduring illnesses, physical or learning disabilities, mental health needs, brain injury and dementia.

All care professionals registered with Concept Care Solutions go through rigorous compliance background and DBS (Disclosing and Barring Services) check, and full practical induction training, before being signed off for work.

Throughout the UK, Local Authorities require a diverse range of care and support workers equipped with specialist skills. We are able to give you access to a wide range of trained and committed personnel, where and when you need them.

Whether this is on an ad hoc basis or working closely as a full member of the care and support team on a number of packages, including Continuing Healthcare, we can offer appropriate levels of care and support to allow service users to live as independently as possible, and as valued members of the community.

We provide a flexible service to meet the needs of our individual clients that can range from a 30-minute visit to a full 24-hour live-in care package.
