We are looking for a driven and organised Junior Sales Executive to support our growing Homecare division. This role is key to bridging the gap between marketing and operations — ensuring every lead is followed up, nurtured, and converted efficiently. You’ll be responsible for the early stages of the sales funnel, turning enquiries into warm prospects and handing them over at the right time to the care coordination team.

Job Specification and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow up on all homecare enquiries and referral leads (calls, emails, web forms).
  • Qualify leads and conduct initial needs assessments over the phone or via email.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients and family members to build trust.
  • Coordinate with Area Managers and Care Coordinators to ensure smooth handover and continuity.
  • Keep CRM systems and lead trackers updated accurately and in real time.
  • Contribute to improving lead-to-client conversion rates.
  • Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and engagement.

Attend internal sales and care meetings to stay aligned with service delivery and capacity

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Previous experience in a sales, telesales, customer service or lead generation role (healthcare sector preferred but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and working with targets.
