Verifying registrations and Qualifications
Apply for DBS checks for applicants
Compiling blood reports and health records for occupational health clearance if required
Corroborating Identification checks
Advising HCP of training and safeguarding certificates
Attending candidate interviews, assessments and recruitment events
Answer telephone calls and take messages for any queries that need to be passed to senior staff
Respond to all correspondence via email, post, telephone
Have a good telephone manner
Gain knowledge of compliance and Immigration legislation (by means of research and training)
Update the in-house system (eclipse) with all the relevant details.
Ensure all applicants have the relevant experience specifications and the relevant certification to support their application.
Scan and file away all documentation securely
Deal with the recruitment process from start to finish
Provide personalised customer service
Familiarise themselves with the phonetic alphabet.
Work towards auditing applicant files to see if they are compliant, if they are not compliant, you need to be able to identify missing documents and notify the applicant of the progress and status of their recruitment process (refer any queries to a senior staff member).
Be familiar with the Frameworks guidelines and NHS requirements.
Assisting with organising and attending Recruitment events
Reach set department KPI targets.
Undertake any other duties required to effectively support the growth and development of the Business.
