Band 5 District/Community Nurse Part Time

We are currently looking to recruit Band 5 Community/District Nurses who are compassionate, caring and can prioritise the needs of the clients.

Shifts available:

Community nursing shifts are available Monday – Sunday. Shift times are set at 8:30am to 16:30pm.

Community Nurse Job Description:

As a community nurse, you will be part of an integrated care team and will be a part of the assessment, implementation and evaluation of care to patients in their own homes. This position will require the use of a car to drive between the patients homes

• Feltham & Bedfont

Community Nurses must have:

• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Recognised qualifications
• Have right to work in UK
• A current DBS on the update service
• A driving licence and access to a car
• Full flu/COVID Vaccinations*

*As per government guidelines, Community Nurses must have proof of their first jab by 1st February 2022 and be fully vaccinated by 1st April 2022.
