Band 5/ Band 6 Physiotherapist Contract/Temporary

We are currently looking to recruit Band 5/ Band 6 Physiotherapists who are compassionate, caring and can prioritise the needs of the clients.

Shift Schedule:

A Physiotherapist in this role will be required to work full time for a total of 37.5 hours per week. Typical hours worked are 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00.

This is a contract role lasting 3 months from the worker’s start date with possibility of extension.

Physiotherapist Job Description:

You will be working at an Integrated Discharge Hub which provides rapid access to discharge services for patients ready to leave the hospital. Its aim is to service it’s patients and help them transition back into their own homes and settle down.

As home visits are a necessity in this role. Applicants must have previous experience working in the community as well as NHS rehabilitation.

Physiotherapists must have:

• Community and NHS Rehab experience
• Minimum of 6 months NHS experience
• Recognised qualifications
• Have right to work in UK
• A current DBS on the update service
• Full flu/COVID Vaccinations*

*As per government guidelines, Physiotherapists must have proof of their first jab by 1st February 2022 and be fully vaccinated by 1st April 2022.
